Checking a vector file for geometry validity using the qgis:checkvalidity algorithm. The output is a CSV file with a list of errors and coordinates and a GeoJSON file with geometries of the location of errors.

If several files are submitted for input, they must be packed in a ZIP archive. To avoid errors, it is recommended to package files in multiple file formats (for example, ESRI Shapefile) in a separate ZIP archive.

Checks a vector file for geometry validity using the QGIS checkvalidity algorithm.

Inputs:

  • ZIP archive with vector files in single-file formats (for example, GeoPackage, GeoJSON, etc.).

Note

Even if you have one file only, it needs to be in a ZIP archive.

Outputs:

  • CSV file with a list of errors and coordinates;

  • GeoJSON file with points marking the location of the errors.
